Personal Training
I offer both in-person and virtual training services. I train clients in my home studio, in their homes, and/or create programs for clients to implement in their current gym setting. Programs are evidence-based and individualized, based on client history, fitness level, goals and biometrics.
Nutrition Coaching
Healthy eating can feel confusing and overwhelming. We need the ability to sort through “diet gimmicks”, while adopting changes that fit with our lifestyle. I will help you build sustainable, efficient habits, that work with life, and offer tips and tricks to dining out.
Science
All of my training and nutrition methods are evidence-based, with research at the core. If there isn’t science behind the method, it’s just guesswork. Each of my certifications have contributed to this base of scientific knowledge. Programs are never written, “off the cuff.”
Coaching
If all we needed was information, we would all be fit and healthy. My coaching helps you apply this information in ways that integrate with your life, and in ways that you can maintain. I help you know when and how to build these healthy habits, while offering the motivation needed along the way.
Each package includes movement assessments, ongoing individualized workouts and cardio programs, as well as coaching to maintain program consistency and motivation.
