Refund/Cancellation Policy
REFUND: I have a strict no refund policy for training services. I customize client programs using assessments, history and current fitness level. This ensures that the client has access to the best tools in order to achieve their goals. This process is very time consuming, involves continual program updating, monitoring throughout the week, and requires multiple certifications and continuing education to legally perform.
CANCELLATIONS: The online packages are monthly subscription drafts and can be cancelled after a 90 day period. This ensures adequate compensation for actual session times, as well as the preparatory work done each week behind the scenes. Also, as a client it is necessary to be fully devoted to the process for at least 3 months in order to build exercise and/or nutrition habits correctly. If you choose to cancel your subscription after 90 days, your account simply becomes deactivated after 30 days of your last payment. If you choose to renew your subscription in the future, your account can simply be reactivated.
